About the Role
Redington Middle East is seeking an experienced CyberArk Resident Engineer to manage and support on-site CyberArk PAM environments in Dubai. The role requires 4+ years of hands-on CyberArk PAM implementation and support, including installation, configuration, onboarding, and Secrets Management.

Responsibilities
- Implement, administer, and support CyberArk PAM components (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, HTML5 Gateway, and PTA)
- Onboard privileged accounts for Windows, Linux, databases, network, security devices, and web applications
- Implement and configure CyberArk Secrets Management (CP/CCP) and application integrations
- Perform upgrades, health checks, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Work closely with customer IT and security teams to ensure a secure and highly available PAM environment
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands on CyberArk PAM implementation and support experience
- Strong expertise in CyberArk Self Hosted deployments
- Experience with privileged account onboarding and Secrets Management (CP/CCP)
- Good knowledge of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, databases, and scripting
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer facing communication skills
