About the Role
The Group Program Manager, Enterprise PMO is the senior practitioner responsible for PMO intake, governance, reporting, dependencies, and capacity discipline.
The role works directly with the VP Product, leads the PMO team, owns cross-functional judgment-heavy work, and develops PMO talent.
In This Role You Will
- Design and own PMO intake, governance frameworks, tooling, reporting standards, and business-case standards for portfolio initiatives.
- Own portfolio reporting and a single source of truth, with data quality sufficient for leadership decisions.
- Surface systemic execution and delivery risks across Engineering, Credit, Fraud, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing with proposed action plans.
- Build delivery-risk cadence and manage cross-functional dependencies before commitments are made.
- Build quarterly initiative roadmaps with Product, Engineering, and Analytics and facilitate sequencing and commercial trade-offs.
- Own quarterly resource planning and the cross-portfolio resource view across Engineering and Analytics.
- Run steering committees and portfolio reviews so decisions reach the appropriate forum and leadership sees portfolio health clearly.
- Track initiative budgets and benefits realization, partner with Finance on spend visibility, and prepare monthly portfolio narrative inputs.
- Manage and develop project managers through coaching, development paths, and proactive team-building.
- Use AI to automate Product Operations workflows including timeline mapping, risk identification, sequencing, and task assignment.
