Role overview
Work with small and medium businesses to understand their needs and identify suitable financial products.
Report to a Sales Manager and collaborate with underwriting and other Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of small and medium businesses actively working with Forward Financing.
- Grow relationships and provide solutions for additional capital.
- Analyze business profiles and financial history to advise on product suitability.
- Use data and reporting to maximize sales opportunities.
- Own the sales process from approval through closing and meet monthly quotas.
Role requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least three years of experience in a sales-closing role.
- Demonstrated success in setting and hitting goals.
Compensation
- Annual targeted salary is $65,000-$75,000 USD.
- Employees may earn an additional $2,750 USD per month in variable compensation based on performance metrics.
