- Develop and oversee a roadmap that addresses multiple opportunity spaces and appropriately prioritize opportunities
- Be a dedicated people leader, responsible for the performance, coaching, and career development of a team of Product Managers
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of Product Management experience
- At least 5+ years of people leadership experience, specifically leading Product Managers
- Experience creating and delivering customer centric, data driven product vision and strategy
- A track record of delivering quantifiable growth results with significant business and customer impacts
- Direct experience leading a growth, optimization, or experimentation Product team preferred
- Experience in financial services, technology or operations preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field preferred

Your Responsibilities

- Transformational Leadership: Be a dedicated people leader, responsible for the performance, coaching, and career development of a team of Product Managers.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 7+ years of Product Management experience
- At least 5+ years of people leadership experience, specifically leading Product Managers
- Experience creating and delivering customer centric, data driven product vision and strategy
- A track record of delivering quantifiable growth results with significant business and customer impacts
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience leading a growth, optimization, or experimentation Product team
- Experience in financial services, technology or operations
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field

Salary
- The expected annual salary range for this position is CAD 184,000 CAD 210,000.
- This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation.
