Product Leadership

• Lead and develop Product Managers across multiple regions, owning their growth, feedback, and performance.
• Own product strategy and roadmaps, ensuring they are evidence-based, clearly communicated, and aligned with commercial expansion goals.
• Represent the Send domain at leadership level and provide a credible strategic perspective.

Licensing and Market Expansion

• Support licensing discovery for countries in assigned regions.
• Validate customer demand and regulatory requirements with Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Banking Partnerships.
• Determine what Sokin needs to enter new markets and maintain an evidence-based expansion view.

Delivery and Governance

• Coordinate across squads to ensure coherence and avoid duplication.
• Set success metrics and hold the team accountable for outcomes.
• Make prioritization decisions balancing short-term delivery needs with longer-term strategic investments.
• Support the Product Director with product planning, hiring, and strategic decisions.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering leads, the Product Director, and senior stakeholders.
• Build trust and shared understanding with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience leading and developing a team of Product Managers.
• End-to-end ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes.
• Commercial understanding of revenue, margins, and client impact.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Strong communication and ability to represent a product domain at senior level.
• Strong cross-functional operating ability across engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams.
• Able to combine strategic direction with detailed understanding of the work.
• Direct and honest communication style with strong feedback and team-building ability.
