Senior Fullstack Engineer - Dubai

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Own software engineering from design and development through deployment, monitoring, and production maintenance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to refine feature requirements.
• Lead architectural decisions for scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Establish monitoring, alerting, and support processes for reliable feature operations.
• Mentor junior developers and foster ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in code reviews focused on quality, security, and performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident response to improve resilience.
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with Python, Flask, FastAPI, AWS, Angular, and SQL databases.
• Optimize application performance and resolve complex technical issues.
• Advocate for emerging technologies that benefit the organization.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience with end-to-end feature ownership and production delivery.
• Familiarity with modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines supporting full-lifecycle engineering.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Experience managing development and operational software concerns, including performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• A proactive approach to improvements, optimizations, and innovations.
• Prior senior-role experience mentoring or guiding team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
