Role Overview
The Group Learning Partner supports training and development for an assigned division and its sales teams.
The role works with business leaders, field managers, marketing, PMT, Medical Affairs, participants, and managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs and create calendars for timely learning interventions.
- Engage sales teams and managers to understand challenges and share training information.
- Update training modules with PMT and Medical Affairs teams.
- Deliver classroom and virtual training for new hires and sales personnel.
- Evaluate participants, conduct role plays, and support ongoing development.
- Analyze functional competency needs and agree learning actions with team leaders.
- Maintain process adherence, departmental compliance, and day-to-day administration.
Qualifications
- Science graduate qualification required.
- MBA qualification is desirable.
- At least 3–4 years of experience as a training manager.
- In-depth understanding of medical and therapy areas and pharmaceutical selling scenarios.
- Effective communication, presentation, training, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
