Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial performance of subsidiary companies
- Develop and implement Group financial policies and procedures
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Monitor cash flow, treasury activities, and liquidity management
- Coordinate with banks, external auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Review financial reports and provide recommendations to management
- Develop management reports, financial dashboards, and performance analysis
- Support ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives
- Participate in finance transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7–10 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or External Audit
- Supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting
- Experience in developing financial policies and internal controls
- Good understanding of treasury and cash flow management
- Experience with ERP systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Group Finance & Control Manager to join our growing investment group in Saudi Arabia.
