Role Overview
Data Analyst role in Manulife's GRO Operations stream and Data Office.
The GRO program provides structured learning, mentorship, leadership exposure, and professional development over 18 months.
The role supports data-driven decision-making across customer experience, data analytics, and continuous improvement.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and deliver data, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Collaborate across teams on end-to-end solutions from idea to deployment and improvement.
- Identify opportunities to use data, automation, and AI for measurable business outcomes.
- Build data pipelines, architectures, dashboards, reports, and data products.
- Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and process maps.
- Support testing, change readiness, stakeholder communication, and adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Expected graduation in Spring 2027 from an accredited university.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, planning, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, integration, or data-related tasks.
