The Great Wall MBA Program Coordinator & Learning Coach (hereafter “Great Wall MBA Program Coordinator”) will work from China, providing academic and administrative support for TWU faculty and Great Wall MBA students, and in Great Wall MBA student recruitment.
1. Provide orientation to MBA students. Provide ongoing learning support to students and teaching support to TWU faculty, ensuring GW MBA students effectively achieve course learning outcomes.
2. Support the GW MBA Program Manager, Associate Director of Operations and Student Support, and Associate Dean in Graduate Studies at TWU’s School of Business in monitoring and managing the GW MBA program by 1) representing TWU and its MBA Program in the day-to-day operations of the Great Wall Program in China, 2) assuring quality in academic and administrative areas, and 3) providing support in the recruiting, interviewing, and testing written English skills of MBA applicants.
3. Liaison with our MBA Great Wall students, alumni and partners.
Start day: September 1, 2025 until December 31 2026, with the possibility of becoming a continuous position

Bachelor degree taken in North America (business degree taken from TWU preferred); MBA or equivalent preferred
