Help set game models and tactical plans.
Ability to travel to games and events when needed.
Main role is to help make sure training runs smoothly
Watch local games and meet with recruits when needed.
Attend recruiting meetings and evaluate the current needs of the team.

Job Standards and Requirements
Undergraduate degree/ BA and previous experience in related field.
Preference given to those working towards a coaching certification (National Coaching Certification Program).
Valid Sports-Aid and CPR certificate are to be provided prior to commencement of employment and annually thereafter.
Level II or equivalent NCCP coaching certification preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a varsity athletic program.
Experience playing at the University Varsity level required
