- Develop, implement, and maintain GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Conduct regular risk assessments and internal control evaluations
- Monitor compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities
- Prepare and present compliance reports and risk dashboards to senior management
- Provide guidance and training to business units on regulatory and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with legal, IT, and business teams to resolve compliance and regulatory issues
- Stay current with changes in Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements and global best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 2 5 years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance roles
- Proficiency in GRC frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, and ISO 27001
- Strong risk assessment and compliance management skills
- In depth understanding of regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia (e.g., SAMA, CMA) and international standards
- Experience coordinating internal and external audits
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

Required Qualifications

- Strong risk assessment and compliance management skills.
- In depth understanding of regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia (e.g., SAMA, CMA) and international standards.
- Experience coordinating internal and external audits.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP.
- Hands on experience with GRC platforms (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream).
- Advanced degree in a related discipline.
- Knowledge of local Saudi regulatory bodies and reporting requirements.
- Arabic language proficiency.
- Experience in the financial services or energy sector.
