About the role

Responsibilities

• Design brochures, menus, advertisements, banners, invitations and other promotional materials.
• Create visual content for social media, digital campaigns, website updates and email marketing.
• Support photography, videography and multimedia production, including editing, retouching, motion graphics and short-form video.
• Collaborate with hotel departments, agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality creative projects on time.
• Maintain Mandarin Oriental brand standards across visual communications.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent, with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Luxury hospitality, luxury retail, lifestyle brand or creative agency experience is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong professional portfolio and strong creative, organizational and project management skills.
• Understanding of luxury branding, visual storytelling and social media content best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential; Arabic is an advantage.
