About the Role
Parsons is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer (Saudi National) to join their team in Riyadh. The role involves creating visually compelling designs for reports, presentations, infographics, and other project deliverables.

Responsibilities
- Interpret reporting and communication requirements and develop creative concepts that effectively support project objectives
- Apply creative design strategies to translate technical and project information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling deliverables
- Develop layouts, graphics, typography, and visual elements that effectively communicate complex information
- Produce graphic design, desktop publishing, and visual communication materials, including reports, presentations, templates, brochures, flyers, infographics, dashboards, and other project related deliverables
- Create still and animated graphics to support project controls reporting, communications, and stakeholder presentations
- Prepare files for production and coordinate printing, file transfers, plotting, cutting, lamination, binding, and other publication requirements
- Use industry standard design software to create original graphics, illustrations, and visual content
- Support the development, proofreading, editing, and formatting of technical reports and presentations
- Provide graphic design support to multidisciplinary engineering and design teams
- Assist in the management and enhancement of online reporting dashboards and digital reporting tools
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for graphic production and printing requirements
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including printing, photography, and other creative service providers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Graphic Design, Architecture, Art, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a graphic design, visual communications, or creative design role
- Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing, technically accurate, and easy to read documents and presentations
- Extensive experience in report design, formatting, and production
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies in text, layout, colors, and formatting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Access
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience developing materials for construction, infrastructure, engineering, architecture, or property development projects
- Strong written, editing, and proofreading skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality work within tight deadlines
