About the Role

- Lead creative direction across campaigns and projects, ensuring visual storytelling aligns with brand and objectives
- Develop, refine, and maintain comprehensive brand identities for internal projects and external clients
- Design high quality print materials including brochures, packaging, and corporate collateral
- Create engaging digital assets for web, social media, and advertising platforms
- Contribute to user interface design and user experience workflows for websites and apps
- Produce dynamic motion graphics and animations for content and branding purposes
- Create 3D visuals, renders, or animations to support product, spatial, or campaign design
- Utilize AI tools, such as Midjourney, to generate visual concepts and moodboards
- Work closely with cross functional teams including marketing, product, and development
- Provide mentorship and constructive creative feedback to junior designers
- Stay ahead of design trends, emerging tools, and technologies
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Strong creative, organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
- Strong conceptual skills with a keen sense of design, layout, and typography
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet aggressive deadlines
- Experience with HTML, motion graphics, and animation is a plus
- Self motivated and capable of taking projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
