Role Overview
The partner company is hiring a Graphic Designer for a monetisation-focused design team supporting product growth and experimentation.
Create product and marketing visuals for paywalls, upsells, promotional campaigns, email marketing, app stores, and A/B testing.
The role is production-focused and suited to a junior designer developing experience in growth, monetisation, and AI-assisted creative work.
Accountabilities
- Create graphic assets for monetisation funnels, including paywalls, upsell elements, promotional banners, and product visuals.
- Develop vector illustrations and UI graphics while maintaining the established visual style and design system.
- Design email marketing banners and visual materials.
- Prepare, update, adapt, and localise App Store and Google Play screenshots and promotional assets.
- Adapt creative across formats, dimensions, and A/B testing variations.
- Create Lottie animations for monetisation funnels and product experiences.
- Collaborate with the senior designer and product marketing stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.
- Organize source files, follow handoff guidelines, and identify opportunities to improve creative assets.
Requirements
- Junior-level commercial graphic design experience and a relevant portfolio.
- Formal education in art or design, or completed relevant design courses.
- Confident daily use of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to independently create and refine vector illustrations.
- Understanding of colour theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and layout.
- Experience using AI tools to generate or enhance visual assets.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, collaboration, independent working, and feedback skills.
- Availability to work from within Europe with approximately three hours of Central European Time overlap.
- Experience with Lottie animations is a plus.
- Familiarity with Midjourney, Krea, or comparable AI image-generation tools is advantageous.
