Key Responsibilities
- Create brochures, flyers, business cards, banners, signage, packaging, catalogues, and promotional materials.
- Develop designs for social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, and digital platforms.
- Prepare accurate print-ready artwork according to production requirements.
- Work with sales, marketing, and production teams to understand project requirements.
- Develop branding materials while maintaining brand consistency.
- Edit and retouch images for print and digital use.
- Create layouts, typography, illustrations, and visual concepts.
- Revise designs based on client and internal feedback.
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain organized design files and project records.
- Stay current with design, branding, and social media trends.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Good understanding of printing processes, colour, typography, layouts, and pre-press requirements.
- Experience creating artwork for both print and digital media.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in printing, branding, advertising, or a creative agency.
- Knowledge of Canva and social media design.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is advantageous.
- Experience with large-format printing, signage, exhibitions, and packaging is a plus.
- Familiarity with UAE printing and branding requirements is advantageous.
