Role Overview
Office Connect Goods Wholesalers LLC is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who speaks Arabic.
The role focuses on new business development, corporate account growth, and client relationships across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Generate leads and acquire new corporate clients.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate with clients and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain an active pipeline.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related role.
- Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market.
- Proven client acquisition and lead generation experience.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, closing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- A UAE driving license is an advantage.
