Graduate Engineer Trainee

Role Summary

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction and document process changes.
• Drive process, fixture, lead-time, cycle-time, and cost-of-quality improvements.
• Participate in and drive LEAN process-improvement initiatives.
• Maintain manufacturing engineering systems for part routing and standards.
• Design fixtures and tooling for manufacturing NPI and process improvements.
• Manage projects through scheduling, resource management, budget control, and EHS compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal contacts on technical and EHS matters.
• Support world-class operational performance and promote customer satisfaction.
• Participate in EHS actions to improve safety in the work area.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or a technology field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and complete assignments successfully.
• Prior process leadership and productivity-tool experience is desired.
