Roles and Responsibilities
• Investigate supplier-related quality issues identified on the production line and support timely resolution.
• Coordinate with suppliers on containment actions and corrective and preventive actions through quality reports.
• Support evaluation and approval of supplier change requests in collaboration with relevant internal teams.
• Review supplier quality documentation, including PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and other applicable quality records.
• Support monitoring of supplier compliance with applicable quality requirements and certifications, including ISO standards.
• Upload, maintain, and organize supplier quality documentation within designated organizational systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving supplier quality and process performance.
• Support quality issue tracking and follow-up to ensure agreed actions are completed effectively and on time.
• Participate in supplier quality improvement and problem-solving activities as required.

Internship experience or up to 1 year of experience in supplier quality, quality inspection, incoming or outgoing inspection, process inspection, or manufacturing.
Basic understanding of quality tools and manufacturing quality processes.
Familiarity with PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and corrective action processes.
Exposure to ISO or other quality management standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
