About the Role
WSP is seeking an Emirati National Graduate Civil Engineer to join their Ground Engineering team in Sharjah. The role offers structured development, mentorship, and hands-on project exposure on key infrastructure and property projects across the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing technical designs, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with multi disciplinary engineering teams across various stages of project life cycles.
- Support project documentation and ensure quality and compliance with UAE codes and standards.
- Learn and apply digital engineering tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Plaxis, etc.).
- Support geotechnical assessments, site investigations, and interpretation of ground conditions under guidance.
- Attend client and stakeholder meetings, supporting preparation of technical deliverables.
- Actively contribute to team discussions, problem solving, and creative design thinking.
Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) with valid Emirates ID & Family Book
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering
- Strong interest in Ground/Geotechnical Engineering, Site Investigations, or Stakeholder Engagement
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Plaxis, or similar is a plus
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
