Job Description
- To safely operate a motor grader for road construction, road preparation, leveling, grading, and maintenance activities in accordance with project specifications and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate grader equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform grading, leveling, and shaping of road surfaces.
- Prepare subgrade and base course levels according to project requirements.
- Conduct pre start inspections and daily equipment checks.
- Report equipment defects and maintenance requirements.
