Role Description
Support the administration and delivery of public services in line with government policies, regulations, and established procedures.
Manage administrative activities, official documents, departmental coordination, and efficient public-service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review official correspondence, reports, records, applications, and other government documents.
- Coordinate with departments, government agencies, external organizations, and the public to exchange information and resolve administrative matters.
- Organize meetings and official activities, maintain confidential records, monitor assigned tasks, and follow up on pending issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and administrative standards.
- Support government programs and initiatives, data collection and analysis, departmental planning, and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, Law, or a related discipline.
- Good understanding of government administration, public-service procedures, policies, regulations, and official protocols.
- Strong administrative, organizational, coordination, documentation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
