Role Description
Part-time remote General Manager role overseeing day-to-day operations and coordination across functions.
The role supports strategic business goals, operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and optimize processes.
- Supervise and support team members, lead meetings, and coordinate stakeholder communication.
- Assist with planning and implementing initiatives and resolve operational issues.
- Report progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience in general management, operations, or business administration overseeing multiple functions and priorities.
- Strong planning, organization, problem-solving, process improvement, and performance-tracking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
- Comfort with video conferencing, project management, and documentation platforms.
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and maintain accountability in a part-time leadership role.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Remote or distributed-team experience and familiarity with flexible workforce arrangements are beneficial.
