- Develop, implement, and maintain corporate governance frameworks and policies
- Advise the board of directors and executive management on governance best practices
- Conduct technical risk analysis and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive governance and regulatory compliance reports
- Manage and facilitate board and committee meetings, including agenda setting and minute taking
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address governance and compliance issues
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update governance policies accordingly
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for governance processes and controls
Requirements
- 7 10 years of governance, risk, or compliance experience

- Strong technical expertise in corporate governance, board governance, and policy development
- Demonstrated experience in technical risk analysis and regulatory knowledge
- Proven reporting skills with ability to produce clear, concise technical reports
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical thinking skills
- Experience coordinating and managing committees and board meetings
- In depth understanding of Saudi Arabian regulatory environment and corporate laws

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Governance Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
- The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of corporate and board governance frameworks, ensure regulatory compliance, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement of governance processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain corporate governance frameworks and policies.
- Advise the board of directors and executive management on governance best practices.

Required Qualifications
- 7 10 years of governance, risk, or compliance experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Experience with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) software tools.
- Additional certifications such as ISO 31000 or CAMS.
- Prior experience in a publicly listed or multinational organization.
