Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival at the golf restaurant
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow and satisfaction
- Coordinate with the golf and restaurant teams to ensure timely and seamless service delivery
- Provide guests with menus, explain specials, and assist with any inquiries regarding food and beverage options
- Maintain an organized and tidy hostess station and dining area to uphold cleanliness standards
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including preparing the dining area and updating reservation logs
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere
Requirements
- Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests warmly
- Strong organizational abilities to manage reservations and guest flow effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and courteous attitude
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury service standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of dining etiquette and beverage offerings is preferred
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
