Role Overview
Build next-generation dialog agents for education, entertainment, and question-answering applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Contribute to scalable backend components supporting LLM training and deployment across diverse frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated code and solutions for quality and adherence to development best practices.
- Organize development cycles, set priorities, and define project goals and deadlines.
- Resolve complex Go coding issues during AI validation and system integration.
- Validate the accuracy, efficiency, and dependability of AI-generated code.
- Analyze code, provide constructive feedback, and encourage innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant software engineering experience with proven team leadership ability.
- In-depth knowledge of Go and software development best practices.
- Experience with AI systems and code-creation technologies, including LLM model training.
- Proactive contributions to public GitHub repositories, including feature development and refactoring of large codebases.

- The role is remote and available to candidates working from anywhere.
