Key Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated code and solutions for quality and development best practices.
- Organize development cycles, priorities, project goals, and deadlines.
- Resolve complex Go coding issues during AI validation and system integration.
- Validate the accuracy, efficiency, and dependability of AI-generated code.
- Analyze code, provide feedback, and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3+ years of relevant software engineering experience with proven ability to lead teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Go and software development best practices.
- Experience with AI systems, code-creation technologies, and LLM model training.
- Proactive contribution to public GitHub repositories, including feature development and large-codebase refactoring.
