- Own end to end go to market for Binance's global product portfolio
- Translate complex products into compelling value propositions and narratives
- Be the voice of the user and market, feeding insights back into Product and Business teams
- Build and transform the product marketing team into a high performing global function
- Orchestrate cross functional collaboration across Product, Growth, Regional, Brand, etc.
- Track launch performance and iterate on product marketing system
- Use AI aggressively across research, content creation, and workflow
Requirements
- 8+ years in product marketing, GTM, or growth marketing, with at least 3 years leading teams
- Deep familiarity with global consumer markets
- Working knowledge of crypto/Web3 or fintech
- Exceptional creative judgment and taste
- Strong analytical chops
- Proven people leadership
- AI native operator
- Fluent in English
- Mandarin is a huge bonus

Overview
- Binance is the world's largest crypto exchange, serving 319M+ users across 100+ countries.
- We're looking for a world class Product Marketing leader to turn complex crypto and fintech products into clear, human, compelling stories that drive global adoption.
Responsibilities
- Own end to end go to market for Binance's global product portfolio positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, launch strategy, channel orchestration, and post launch optimization.
- Translate complex products into value propositions and narratives that real humans understand, trust, and act on.
- Be the sharpest synthesizer of user research, market trends, and product data, feeding insights back into Product and Business teams.
- Take a team of talented individual PMMs and transform it into a high performing, integrated global function.
- Be the connective tissue across Product, Growth, Regional, Brand, Social, PR/Comms, Legal, Compliance, Business, and CS.
- Track every launch and campaign, know what worked and why, and continuously improve the product marketing system.
- Use AI aggressively across research, customer insight synthesis, messaging, content creation, localization, competitive analysis, and workflow.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product marketing, GTM, or growth marketing, with at least 3 years leading teams.
- A portfolio of launches that moved real business metrics.
- Deep familiarity with global consumer markets.
- Working knowledge of crypto/Web3 or fintech.
- Consumer product instincts for products used by millions.
- Exceptional creative judgment and taste.
- Strong analytical chops.
- Proven people leadership.
- AI native operator.
- Fluent in English. Mandarin as a huge bonus.
