About the Role
The GTM Insights & Deal Strategy team plays a critical role in shaping and executing Lyra’s Employer Solutions strategy, and we’re looking for a Global Pricing Operations Senior Associate to join the team. This individual will act as a strategic bridge between Product, Sales, Finance, and Clinical Ops, ensuring our pricing models are competitive, scalable, and aligned with our mission to transform mental health care. This position is ideal for an individual looking for a dynamic role at a fast-growth startup.
About the Role
Define Employer Solutions pricing strategy to optimize revenue growth, retention and profitability in partnership with Finance, Product, and GTM Leadership
Analyze market data and synthesize feedback from customers to understand value drivers and competitive positioning, adapting strategy to meet evolving market demands
Translate complex pricing models into simple, sellable structures, partnering with Product Marketing to lead internal enablement and external communication on pricing
Partner with operational teams to ensure pricing strategy is scalable, advising on quoting tools, deal desk parameters, and downstream operational processes
