Role Overview
The Provider Network Recruitment Coordinator will manage and grow the existing provider network of professionals.
The role sits within Clinical Operations and reports to the Director of Clinical Operations.
The coordinator will identify providers across the 17 MENA countries where services are currently provided.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assess administrative needs for providers and help build specialty-based provider networks across MENA.
- Schedule interviews, manage administrative requirements, and prepare contract templates for varied professional groups.
- Coordinate onboarding of new network professionals.
- Build relationships with contracted partners and ensure partner satisfaction.
- Coordinate ongoing training for providers and affiliates.
- Liaise with MENA team members regarding operational requirements.
- Maintain Lyra MENA protocols and ethical and professional standards.
