Lyra Wellbeing MENA is expanding its local client base and provider network across 17 MENA countries.
Role Overview
The Provider Network Recruitment Coordinator will manage and grow the existing network of professional providers.
The role sits within Clinical Operations and reports to the Director of Clinical Operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build specialty-based provider networks and identify providers across the MENA region.
- Schedule interviews, manage administrative requirements, and prepare contract templates.
- Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for providers and affiliates.
- Build relationships with contracted partners and support partner satisfaction.
- Work with MENA team members to understand operational needs.
- Maintain Lyra protocols and ethical and professional standards.
- Work autonomously while contributing to overall business objectives.
