Role Overview
Robot24.com is building a global robotics news platform combining reporting, correspondent coverage, video production, AI-supported production, post-production, graphics, and social content.
The manager runs the production engine and turns editorial and strategic direction into completed content.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate correspondents, camera operators, and field production teams worldwide.
- Brief teams, coordinate access and travel, and ensure the right footage is captured and delivered.
- Turn briefs into production plans, tasks, timelines, and priorities.
- Oversee internal editing, graphics, AI-supported content, and video execution.
- Ensure final assets are produced for the website, YouTube, and social channels.
- Manage post-production handoffs and turn shoots into multiple content outputs.
- Resolve production bottlenecks, delays, missing footage, and quality issues.
Required Skills
- Experience in production coordination and operational management.
- Experience working with video teams, editors, and designers.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel productions and brief teams clearly.
- Strong deadline awareness, delivery discipline, and execution ability.
