- Supervise high performing teams and build a positive learning culture
- Coach and counsel junior team members
- Ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or related field
- MBA, master's or professional qualifications (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules/regulations
- Strong background in tax accounting and tax auditing
- Strong track record of managerial, organizational, and project management experience
- Excellent communication and detail oriented
