Position
Mirodec Gulf is hiring a Glass Sales Representative to sell decorative glass products and develop customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Valid UAE driving license is listed among the qualifications.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in the UAE is required.
- Glass, interior fitout, or construction industry experience is required.
- An engineering degree or similar qualification is required.
- At least 2 years of ERP/CRM software data-entry experience is required.
- At least 2 years of glass industry experience is required.
- At least 2 years of fitout industry experience is required.
- Arabic is required.
Responsibilities
- Visit clients regularly to maintain relationships and generate new sales.
- Provide technical sales support and advise customers on products.
- Generate leads for decorative glass products.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and secure customer orders.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, accounting, logistics, production, and operations teams.
- Track sales performance and market trends.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay is AED 6,000–AED 10,000 per month.
- Sales projects include commission.
- Health insurance is provided.
- A vehicle with petrol is provided during working hours.
Schedule
- The role has two days off, Saturday and Sunday.
- Office timings are 8 am–6 pm.
Workplace
- Work location is in person at NIP, formerly Technopark, Jebel Ali Industrial Third.
