Role overview
Mirodec Gulf is hiring an Arabic-speaking Sales Engineer for technical sales of decorative glass products.
The role involves client development, sales support, lead generation, negotiations and coordination across business functions.
Responsibilities
- Visit clients to build relationships and generate new sales.
- Explain technical product features and advise customers.
- Generate leads for decorative glass products.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals and secure customer orders.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Track sales performance and market trends.
- Coordinate with marketing, management, accounting, logistics, production and operations.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- At least two to three years of experience in the UAE.
- At least two years of ERP/CRM software data-entry experience.
- At least two years of glass-industry experience.
- At least two years of fitout-industry experience.
- Engineering degree or similar qualification.
- Arabic language proficiency is required.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 6,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
- Commission is available on sales projects.
- Health insurance is provided.
Schedule
- The schedule includes two days off on Saturday and Sunday and office hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Workplace
- The position is in person at the office in NIP, formerly Technopark, Jebel Ali Industrial Third.
- A vehicle with petrol is provided during working hours.
