About the Role
GE Vernova seeks a GIS On-Site Supervisor with strong technical experience in GIS and AIS switchgear. The role involves performing E&C services, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage switchgear, managing site teams, and ensuring EHS compliance.

Responsibilities
- Understanding of safety importance at site Perform LOTO operations according to GE & Customer safety regulations.
- Understand the site Safety, Quality, and Productivity to implement all GEV EHS rules for Continuous Improvement.
- Hands on work experience E&C of 230 & 380 KV substation.
- Knowledge of GIS & AIS switch gears, Electrical panels.
- Perform troubling shooting and repair of Electrical live substations etc.
- Understanding and executing the repairing & preventive maintenance.
- Able to read the electrical and mechanical drawings and diagnosis the issues in equipment.
- Perform scheduled of preventative maintenance of substations.
- Maintaining back office reporting, test reports and maintaining customer documentations at site.
- Co coordination with OEM (factories) for unsolved repair problems NC.
- Provide technical assistance as needed for the installation or pre arrangement of projects.
- Perform all duties as part of a team or as site lead to allocate the responsibilities to site team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, and/or Electromechanical Engineering or relevant field, or diploma in a relevant field from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in high voltage switch gears.
- Capable to do E&C of GIS SS site services included maintenance.
- Proficiency in English.
- Requires multiple working across remote sites in the kingdom.
- Managing the site and customer needs well even in pressure environment.
- Experienced good to use MS 365 & Projects etc.
- Good Interpersonal skills, quick learner & leadership skills.
- Good conduct & having Excellent communication skills.
- Arabic speaking is preferable.
