- Plan, organize, and present quarterly webinars to inform sales and marketing teams
- Champion internal and sales facing SharePoint sites
- Represent product team interests in cross department initiatives
Requirements
- Degree or certification in Project Management, Business Processes, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 5 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of task and project management platforms
- Knowledge of best practices in process documentation
- Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written

Job Overview
- The G2M Operations Manager oversees end to end governance and optimizes product marketing processes, workflows, and collaboration tools.
- Improves operational efficiency, ensures adherence to best practices, and manages key platforms such as Wrike, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Your Day at a Glance
- Design and refine processes to enhance collaboration within Product & Marketing teams.
- Build and map workflows using Wrike and SharePoint, and document them in Confluence/Wiki.
- Train teams on new processes and update them based on feedback.
- Own and maintain the existing Go to Market framework and ensure adoption across product team.
- Gather user feedback, implement improvements, and create supporting templates.
- Support product launch projects with training and guidance.
- Work closely with product management Operations Manager to align practices.
- Manage recurring tasks to gather and update information about product releases.
- Plan, organize, and present quarterly webinars.
- Champion internal and sales facing SharePoint sites.
- Represent product team interests in cross department initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Degree or certification in Project Management, Business Processes, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships.
- Understand how to simplify and map processes to people and platforms.
- Previous knowledge of task and project management platforms.
- Knowledge of best practices in process documentation.
- Nice to have hands on experience with Wrike, Confluence, SharePoint or equivalent.
- Energetic, passionate, and driven team player.
- Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written.
