Responsibilities
- Gather requirements for analysis, reports, and presentations from stakeholders and translate into technical specifications
- Design and deliver reports, KPIs, and visualizations ensuring data integrity across multiple sources
- Extract, compile, and aggregate data from multiple sources for reports and presentations
- Compile requirements for recurring reports for automation in Power BI and assist with testing
- Develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and improve BI reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal technical teams to ensure timely delivery of data models
- Support generation of ad hoc reports based on data from different sources
- Work on multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks according to deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, or Business with operational analysis background, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant working experience
- 3+ years of experience in reporting or analytics
- Advanced Power BI Desktop and intermediate Power BI Service knowledge
- Strong proficiency in DAX
- Experience with data extraction and manipulation using SQL queries
- Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written

Job Overview

Your Day at a Glance
- Gather requirements for analysis, reports, and presentations from various stakeholders within the CX organization and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and deliver reports, KPIs, and visualizations, ensuring data integrity across multiple sources.
- Extract, compile, and aggregate data from multiple data sources to be presented in an easy and intuitive format.
- Compile the requirements of recurring reports for their automation in Power BI and assist with their testing once developed.
- Develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve BI reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal technical teams to ensure timely delivery of data models.
- Support the generation of timely and ad hoc reports based on data from different sources.
- Work in collaboration with different departments to ensure accuracy of the reports.
- Work on multiple initiatives at once and prioritize tasks according to the upcoming deliverables.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, or Business with an operational analysis background, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant working experience.
- 3+ years of experience working in reporting or analytics.

Your Technical Expertise
- Advanced Power BI Desktop and intermediate Power BI Service knowledge.
- Strong proficiency in DAX (Data Analytics Expressions).
- Experience with data extraction and manipulation using SQL queries, CRM Advanced Find, and existing Power BI reports.
- Familiar with database and data warehousing concepts.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM and Finance & Operations systems (MS Dynamics 365) is an asset.
