About the Role
Paul Newstone is seeking a German-speaking Sales Consultant / Headhunter for talent acquisition in finance, accounting, HR, admin, sales, and office support. You will build a network, manage the full recruitment cycle, and advise C-level clients.

- Build a network of innovative startups, growing mid sized companies, and established corporations based on existing and new clients
- Manage the entire career process of talents, from active sourcing and headhunting including interviews to contract offers
- Conduct personal client visits in various industries for new client acquisition and strategic consulting
- Advise boards, C level executives, and specialists on market information and benchmarks
- Independently negotiate contracts and conduct pitches
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years experience in Recruiting, Headhunting, Executive Search, Real Estate, or B2B/Outbound Sales
- Demonstrable success with measurable revenue, deals, or fees
- Clear hunter mentality, confident in cold calls, follow ups, and closing
- German at C2 level or higher and good English
- Structured, entrepreneurial, and performance oriented working style
- Proficient with CRM, KPIs, and pipelines

About the Role
- Paul Newstone is an expert in headhunting, executive search, and direct placement of specialists and managers in Finance, Accounting, HR, Administration, Sales, and Office Support.
- You will have access to global office opportunities, a professional onboarding over six months, and can work up to 100% remote.
Aufgaben
- Aufbau eines eigenen Netzwerks aus innovativen Startups, wachsenden Mittelständlern und etablierten, börsennotierten Konzernen auf Basis von Bestands und Neukunden
- Betreuung des gesamten Karriereprozesses von Talenten, von Active Sourcing & Headhunting inkl. Interviews bis zum Vertragsangebot
- Durchführung persönlicher Client Visits in diversen Branchen für Neukundenakquise und Strategieberatung bei Target Clients
- Beratung von Vorständen, C Level und Fachkräften zu Marktinformationen und Benchmarks
- Eigenständige Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Durchführung von Pitches
Dein Profil
- 2 bis 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting, Headhunting, Executive Search, Real Estate oder im B2B bzw. Outbound Sales
- Nachweisbare Erfolge mit messbarem Umsatz, Deals oder Fees
- Klare Hunter Mentalität, sicher in Cold Calls, Follow ups und Abschlüssen
- Deutsch auf C2 Niveau oder höher sowie gutes Englisch
- Strukturierte, unternehmerische und leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicher im Umgang mit CRM, KPIs und Pipelines
