About the Role

  • Paul Newstone is an expert in headhunting, executive search, and direct placement of specialists and managers in Finance, Accounting, HR, Administration, Sales, and Office Support.
  • The role offers access to global office opportunities, a professional 6 month onboarding, and up to 100% remote work.

Aufgaben

  • Build a network of innovative startups, growing SMEs, and established corporations based on existing and new clients.
  • Manage the entire career process for talents, from active sourcing and headhunting including interviews to contract offers.
  • Conduct personal client visits in diverse industries (Automotive, Real Estate, Marketing, Software, Construction, Logistics, etc.) for new client acquisition and strategic consulting.
  • Advise executives, C level, and specialists on market information and benchmarks.
  • Independently negotiate contracts and conduct pitches.

Dein Profil

  • 2 3 years of experience in Recruiting, Headhunting, Executive Search, Real Estate, or B2B/Outbound Sales.
  • Proven track record with measurable revenue, deals, or fees.
  • Clear hunter mentality, confident in cold calls, follow ups, and closings.
  • German at C2 level or higher, and good English.
  • Structured, entrepreneurial, and performance oriented working style.
  • Proficient with CRM, KPIs, and pipelines.
