Job Summary
Falcon Group of Companies is seeking a field-experienced **Geologist** with strong expertise in **CPT (Cone Penetration Testing), SPT (Standard Penetration Testing), and geotechnical investigations** to join our growing geotechnical division.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for field supervision, data interpretation, sample logging, and ensuring compliance with international geotechnical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and supervise **SPT (Standard Penetration Tests)** during borehole drilling activities.
- Conduct and interpret **CPT (Cone Penetration Test)** data accurately.
- Log soil and rock samples in accordance with geotechnical standards.
- Coordinate effectively with drilling teams and site engineers for smooth project execution.
- Ensure proper sample collection, labeling, handling, and preservation.
- Prepare detailed field logs and assist in geotechnical report preparation.
- Maintain compliance with **ASTM / BS standards** and company quality procedures.
- Monitor field activities to ensure accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in **Geology / Applied Geology** or related field.
- **2–5 years of UAE experience** in geotechnical investigations.
- Strong hands-on experience in **CPT & SPT operations**.
- Good knowledge of **soil classification and borehole logging**.
