Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, adjust, and repair electrical wiring systems and fixtures, particularly wiring of machinery and related equipment in buildings and other structures
- Position and fix distribution boards, fuse boxes, switches, light and power points
- Cut, bend, and install conduits and draw wires through it or install sheathed cables
- Connect wiring to source of electrical supply
- Put together prefabricated parts of electrical accessories such as light sockets, switches, plugs and similar small parts
- Test for defects and perform repairs
Requirements
- Experience in installing, maintaining, adjusting, and repairing electrical wiring systems and fixtures
- Ability to position and fix distribution boards, fuse boxes, switches, light and power points
- Ability to cut, bend, and install conduits and draw wires through it or install sheathed cables
- Ability to connect wiring to source of electrical supply and assemble prefabricated parts of electrical accessories
- Ability to test for defects and perform repairs

Job Description
- Installs, maintains, adjusts and repairs electrical wiring systems and fixtures particularly wiring of machinery and related equipment in buildings and other structures.
