The role is for a Generative AI and agentic AI engineer working on production-grade enterprise solutions.
The position requires at least 8 years of overall experience and 2 years of relevant Generative AI experience.
Experience Requirements
- Candidates must have hands-on Generative AI or agentic AI delivery experience.
- Candidates must have shipped production-grade LLM solutions rather than only proof-of-concept work.
Technical Skills
- Required skills include Python, FastAPI, asynchronous programming, vector databases, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, evaluations, and human-in-the-loop workflow design.
- Experience is required with LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI.
- Experience is required with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Hands-on Azure or equivalent AWS or GCP cloud deployment experience is required.
- Exposure to n8n or similar workflow tools is a plus.
Architecture and Delivery
- Design multi-agent systems with tool use, memory, planning, guardrails, observability, and human-in-the-loop gates.
- Apply secure credential management, managed identity, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Integrate solutions with systems such as Graph API, Power Automate, Salesforce, or comparable enterprise platforms.
- Explain trade-offs between deterministic logic and LLM-based judgment in workflow design.
