Role Overview
STRUCTURAL is recruiting a General Superintendent to support projects throughout the UAE.
Projects typically involve concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and structural strengthening in industrial settings.
The role provides high-level field management to Superintendents, Foremen, and open-shop crews.
Field Management
- Work with Project Managers, Division Managers, and other leaders across the company.
- Participate in pre-project and pre-task planning and communicate planning details to field teams.
- Coordinate work activities and assign work according to material and worker requirements.
- Train and assist field managers and crews with work-related tasks.
