Role Overview
STRUCTURAL is recruiting a Construction Project Manager to manage complex repair and restoration projects in the UAE and support projects in Dubai.
The role manages projects that strengthen and extend the service life of structures across the UAE and GCC.

Responsibilities
- Manage self-performed complex repair and restoration projects.
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with internal contracts team support.
- Develop and manage schedules with field leadership.
- Maintain profit and loss responsibility and manage project financial projections.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise project managers, field managers, project engineers, and subcontractors.
- Support bid reviews and proposal development with Estimators and Sales teams.
- Evaluate project risk and loss exposure.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure safety and quality control.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver them successfully and on time.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication and technical writing skills.
