Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews on site and estimate labor requirements accurately.
• Develop crew schedules and ensure work follows plans and specifications.
• Complete daily field reports, purchase orders, delivery tickets, and speed memos.
• Ensure tools and equipment are used safely, properly, and productively.
• Assist Project Managers with evaluating project production rates.

Candidate requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• At least five years of general construction experience, including two years in a Leadman or similar position.
• Ability to supervise up to 10 technicians with minimal subcontractor oversight.
• Ability to interpret and execute construction drawings and contract specifications.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Experience producing look-ahead schedules and other construction documents.
• Effective communication with customers, crews, and project teams.
• Basic computer and construction math skills.
• Spanish and English bilingual ability may be preferred.
