Job Summary
Provide high-quality medical care to patients in a home healthcare setting in the UAE.
The role requires strong clinical knowledge, patient-care skills, and effective communication with patients and families.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct medical consultations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for patients at home.
- Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress with follow-up care.
- Manage common acute and chronic medical conditions in a home healthcare environment.
- Review medical histories, medications, and previous treatment records.
- Prescribe medications and provide medical advice in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, lifestyle, and preventive healthcare.
- Recognize emergencies, take immediate action, or arrange referrals when required.
- Maintain confidentiality, ethical practices, professional standards, and patient-centered care.
Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid DHA medical registration, license, or eligibility as applicable in the UAE.
