Job Overview
- Lead and manage the technical function for Interior Design and Finishes across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full design development process from concept through execution.
- Ensure all ID drawings, specifications, and materials comply with Employer's Requirements and brand standards.
- Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize costs while maintaining design quality.
- Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Manage and secure approvals from authorities including DM, DEWA, and Civil Defence.
- Review and approve mock ups, material submissions, and finishing samples.
- Provide technical guidance for complex design and construction challenges.
- Monitor all ID and finishes works for compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Guide project teams on best practices in high end finishes and detailing.
- Support commercial teams with cost inputs and material selections.
- Ensure completion of technical documentation, certifications, and project close out.
- Lead, mentor, and develop technical teams.
