Role Overview
The General Manager translates Indigo’s strategic priorities into entrepreneurial, locally relevant store execution.
The role drives customer experience, sales, engagement, loyalty, profitability, operational efficiency, and talent development.
The General Manager reports to the Regional Director or District Manager.
Store Leadership
- Lead store-level execution, align objectives through the My Performance Scorecard process, and deliver measurable results.
- Identify execution risks and influence cross-functional partners to remove systemic barriers.
- Ensure the Indigo Experience and R.E.A.D. customer service model are consistently delivered through coaching.
- Drive effective store operations through process scorecard reviews, team coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement.
